The Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Andalusia (TSJA) has agreed this Friday, December 17, to ratify the order related to the Covid certificate or diagnostic test for access to the interior space of hospitality, leisure establishments and recreation. The most popularly known as 'Covid passport' will be valid until January 15, 2022 and will come into force once it is published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía (BOJA). But how can you get such a document? The ClicSalud+ website allows you to obtain it quickly and easily from a computer or mobile phone. We explain it, step by step.
The EU Covid Digital Certificate, available in the EU from July 1, 2021, aims to facilitate the free movement of citizens in the European Union during the coronavirus pandemic . With it, in principle, the user is exempted from the restrictions on free movement.
It is a certificate that is free and accessible to the entire population. It can be stored in a digital format or used in its paper version and is issued in Spanish and English. It has a QR code to ensure that the certificate is authentic.
Health powers are in the hands of the autonomous communities, but the Ministry of Health has created a specific website to request it. Through the Electronic Headquarters, on the 'EU COVID Digital Certificate Request' website, we can download this document.
In Andalusia, the Covid Digital Certificate in Andalusia can be done through the ClicSalud+ portal. You can also request it through the 'Salud Andalucía' App or pick up the certificate at the health center. (More information here)
To obtain the Covid certificate or passport, the following conditions must be met, as specified by the Junta de Andalucía on its website:
-Be registered in the database of users of the Andalusian Public Health System
-Comply with the conditions for issuing the type of certificate.
-Use the identification system required in each of the available channels.
In the case of minors under 16 years of age, their Social Security holders can obtain it after identifying themselves, although it is also possible to use their own permanent Cl@ve with a high security level in case the minors have this system of ID. From the age of 16, whoever wishes to obtain their certificate must personally identify themselves, using the required system in each of the available channels.
There are three types of certificates that can be requested in the same way:
1. Vaccination certificate: This document confirms that the holder has received a vaccine against COVID-19 (Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, AstraZeneca or Jannsen) and the date of vaccination.
2.Negative Covid-19 test certificate: Certificate indicating the result of a Diagnostic Test for Active Infection of COVID-19 that the holder has performed (diagnosis certificate).
3. Recovery certificate: in case you have passed the Covid-19, this certificate will serve to prove it.
