A study of the Norwegian Sea Products Council affirms that salmon is the favorite fish of the Spaniards, or at least one of them, since half of the respondents place it in one of the first three positions.

So, because of its juiciness and versatility, salmon is emerging as a simple and tasty cuisine ally, even in singles preparations.

Rich in healthy proteins and fats, among which Omega 3 stands out, the salmon covers the weekly needs of these acids taking a ration of 150 grams per week.To these properties are added vitamins, E, B1, B2, B6 and B12, and minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, iodine and selenium.
