Fuenlabrada/ 30 standing with difficulties of returning to the labor market will have a new opportunity

The 'Vulcano project', a program that is funded by the European Union, will offer training itineraries for women, over 55 years, people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups or with difficulties of accessing the labor market. Through this program, according toMunicipal sources have reported, unemployed people can already register with two insertion itineraries: one of 'socio-health care to social institutions' and a second of' basic restaurant-bar operations.

The courses that will begin in February and March, respectively, will be held in face -to -face mode and include certificate of professionalism, non -work professional practices in companies, complementary training and individualized guidance tutorials.

On the other hand, Fuenlabrada will feature a new employment connects, a free job orientation program to help people in unemployment to change and reactivate their teamwork search, with new techniques of job guidance and digital tools, with new teamwork, with digital tools,Adapted to the new labor market, marked by the digital transformation of professional sectors.

The initiative is totally free.It is promoted by Santa María la Real Foundation and Telefónica Foundation, and has the co -financing of the European Social Fund (through the Poises Operational Program) and the collaboration of the City of Fuenlabrada through the CIFE.

The shuttle connects employment will begin in February and will be operational until the end of July 2022, to offer for free job orientation up to a maximum of 30 people. Men and women can participate in unemployment or unemployment, aged between 18 and 60years.They can have any level of studies (that, professional training, baccalaureate, university, master, etc.) and proceed from any professional sector, with or without previous experience.

The people who are selected to participate in the program will meet several days a week in a virtual way (through different computer applications) and in person at the Cife facilities, transferred free of charge by the City Council.There will be all the required hygiene, safety and social measures.However, the program may move on to a totally online format if so required by the pandemic situation.
