Secret Story |My second impressions - the cat locked up

Today I recover the healthy habit of shelling out my second impressions about the contestants. It's something I only do in reality shows for strangers because we have a prior opinion about celebrities in most cases. Before that, something from yesterday when they experienced the hangover of the nominations. As expected, Héctor is not doing well at all being in the first list of nominees. So much so that he has come to consider whether being part of this adventure could harm him in his work because his clients see that he makes childish decisions or makes certain mistakes. He asked Rafa for explanations first thing in the morning after learning that he had been nominated. Anyone would say that in that house it is difficult to keep a secret. We will see to what extent that is true.

Rafa explained to Héctor that his opinion of him changed when Álvaro came in and saw his behavior. The photographer thinks that the last one to enter has influenced Rafa because it is much easier to imagine a different reason than the one that Rafa simply explained to him repeatedly. As Rafa said yesterday, in that house a topic is discussed over and over again for a day until another topic appears that will also be dealt with insistently, and so on. I already told yesterday that some contestants have started to talk about there being a minority group that is isolating itself, but Rafa has explained it perfectly. He says that in a neighborhood community one does not have a close relationship with everyone, but with three or four people at most. That does not mean that you isolate yourself, but it is "being where you have a good time".

It seems to me that we are going to have to talk a lot about the obvious in the coming months. It is not what makes me most excited, but I consider it inevitable. One of them is that the group formed around Rafa is not stopping living the experience because they started playing. There is nothing special about playing in a game, and far from preventing you from living the experience, it makes it more complete. Actually, I think it's the others who can't enjoy it the same. I mean those who deny they are playing, when it is what they are expected to do. The protagonists of the first pact of nominations have already begun to think about the next one and, as I anticipated yesterday, they have put Elena in their objective.

I think it's a wise decision to think about nominating Elena because she's not just the goal of Rafa, Carmen, Alatzne and Álvaro. Several more contestants have started questioning that contestant. In this group, Alatzne is the most reticent because she gets along well with her, but last night I saw her more receptive. They are all clear that, for the moment, they must continue together because once it is shown that they are a group, that is the only way to guarantee that they will draw a nominee from among the majority. And, this being the case, it is convenient for them to choose well. By choosing Elena they guarantee that she does not only have their votes. Yesterday Rafa went to ask for explanations about whether he had said that he had intoxicated her against the twins. Elena's hesitant and hesitant response was enough for him to know that it must be true.

Rafa denies having told Elena that Laila and Nissy must have been turning her green in the bucket, but it is possible that they did and he doesn't remember. Things not only have a context, but also a tone. In this case, as in many others, both pieces of information are missing. Without context and tone it may seem that he was trying to condition that partner against the other two, but if we add that information we can interpret that it was just a joke, for example. As far as I know Rafa, it suits me that he makes jokes of this type, without any underlying malicious intent. Although we do not rule out that there may be, which would not be so serious either.

Secret Story | My Second Impressions - The Gato Encerrado

Rafa told Alatzne yesterday the fronts he has open with Héctor and Elena and rejected the accusation that he does not get wet, heard from more than one colleague. Rafa later added: "But I have gone with the people who are in shit." He is not without reason. When he talks about the people who are in the shit, he means that his three allies in the nominations have come to the fore. In addition, one of them was rejected by almost everyone the same night he entered the house, last Sunday. Now Álvaro laughs at the possibility of being able to win the game against Héctor. That's what he said last night: "Imagine that Hector thought he was the boss the first few days and could take the briefcase, but then a fat man arrives with an egg and messes it up." It has been literally so.

And I'm going with what was promised. These are my second impressions on the sixteen contestants (with their seventeen corresponding organic supports):

Adrián: The male sex symbol of the issue is deflating like a balloon. It didn't take a week for it. He is an extreme 'me', the type of person who always puts his experience above. It's like the joke in which a child cries because his father has died and a schoolmate tells him: “What a bad week we've had. Your father dies and I lose the pen. Well that.

Alatzne : Her clarity makes her seem somewhat brusque at times. Although in her group her brain may seem like Rafa, I think she is the most calculating. At the moment, it is she who has realized that they should not be closed off and tries to relate more to everyone, although she does not arouse much confidence in the majority. I think that, despite appearances, she may be the most loyal of the group.

Alberto: In the house there are some twins and also some conjoined twins. Alberto has been attached to Elena for days and it is difficult for me to think of him in any other way than as a parasite of another contestant. Despite everything, I see him with more personality and independent criteria than many others. So far he has hardly made any mistakes, which may indicate that his intelligence is above average.

Álvaro: He lost his cravings at his entrance. He knew that it would not be easy for him to integrate into an already formed group, even if only three days had passed. But he did not know how to manage it well. He wanted to present a profile of a strategist, but he proposed the wrong strategy. The tandem that he does with Rafa is perfect. Those two well-coordinated brains could run quite the contest.

Brenda: She has a messy mind and when I listen to her I can't help but think she's improvising all the time. It's as if instead of thinking and then speaking, she does just the opposite, which is really dangerous.

Carlos: Behind his carefully manicured facade I think there is a good person who knows very well what he wants. It is his nature to be nowhere and everywhere at once, so he would do well not to ally himself with anyone. I see him excessively influential.

Carmen : It is a whirlwind of emotions. Her whistling voice drills into her brain, so I take care that half the house doesn't arouse sympathy. She is impulsive and needs someone to hold her down. Without that help you can make many avoidable mistakes. Rafa proposes himself as that person who protects her and they can both do the contest together. They could also do it alone. In this case it would not be two men and destiny because they are a man and a woman. I don't know if it sounds familiar.

Colchero: I confess that sometimes I look for him with my eyes because I get the impression that I haven't seen him for hours. What do I say hours? Days!

Cora: It strikes me that you almost continuously show the illusion of the child with new shoes. Her analysis of the rest of the contestants is being quite sensible, although too basic.

Elena: It started out as a caustic and groundbreaking look, but it's fading like sugar in coffee (I think I've done this joke before). Since she is conjoined to Alberto, her interest has ceased and I am afraid of having lost her permanently.

Hector: The preacher. When I listen to some of his classmates explain what they have against this contestant, I always miss them saying the obvious: his sermons are absolutely unbearable. I might want him to stay in the contest because he looks like he can mess up a lot, which is funny sometimes. But it is not like that because his sermons are absolutely unbearable, as I say.

Kenny: The same thing happens with this Cuban as with Colchero: I often forget he's around. I have not given up on discovering what it must have to deserve to be part of this almost perfect casting.

Laila and Nissy: They are tricky, cunning and extremely dangerous. All of which makes them essential. We could not have a better guarantee of entertainment.

Marta: She does not lack courage to defend what she thinks, but she does have determination. Because of her experience, she could be good at mediating conflicts, but I'm afraid she'll avoid it because she's always politically correct.

Rafael: He is the great muñidor of what we have been editing. The great interest of him lies both in the fact that he is a gamer and in the fact that he is unpredictable. I am also struck by its simplicity and lack of artifice. He doesn't marry anyone, although he can make Carmen more than just his Padawan.

Virginia: There's something weird going on with this contestant. Many times I hear her talk and she makes me think that she is going to do the exact opposite of what she then does. I saw her close to the group led by Rafa and then her nominations took away my idea. I'm not sure if it's lukewarm or if it's still taking hold.

Moleskine the cat

Last hour last night we learned the first official blind percentages of the edition. This is how things stood after about 120,000 votes: 59.9%, 16.2%, 15.8% and 8.1%. Knowing the number of votes is another novelty that I appreciate. Carrying almost two thirds of the votes among four nominees is quite a lot, although I could have foreseen that there would be an even higher percentage. The percentages make the minority group more convinced that Hector will leave. They think that since they are a group, it is normal for them to have fairly even percentages, which would fit with the three percentages after the highest. I don't think it should necessarily be that way. Even if they play together, they certainly don't have the same support. It is true that, for now, this circumstance can benefit contestants like Carmen, who aroused some rejection the first day and I don't think things have changed much a week later.

The twins Laila and Nessy entered the house saying that they had not seen each other for three years. Also, it is assumed that Laila did not know that her sister was also going to be a contestant. However, the detail that they both wear the same pajamas suggests that there is a catch in this, never better said. It would not be strange that both have had the same taste and it is a simple coincidence. It happens that I have stopped trusting coincidences and, today, that is never my first option.
