Spying on the couple without their consent? 30% of people see it well: study-however MX

This study, by the multinational Kaspersky and several NGOs, reveals that a percentage of those surveyed view spying on their partner digitally with good eyes.

Madrid, January 5 (EFE). - 30 percent of people see it as correct to digitally monitor their partner without their consent, even if they have to install spyware on one of their devices to control and track their movements, their photos, their messages, or their social networks.

The data comes from a study commissioned by the multinational cybersecurity sector Kaspersky and several NGOs on the second anniversary of the Coalition Against Stalkerware, an initiative to which forty institutions, associations, companies have already joined and non-governmental organizations working against violence.

The study has been carried out in 21 countries in order to find out the attitude towards privacy and digital harassment in couple relationships, and reveals that a vast majority (70 percent) consider this type of control unacceptable in no circumstance.
