Social Security, like other public bodies, works to make it easier every day for employees and self-employed workers. Via telematics or mail, numerous actions can now be carried out, such as, for example, requesting the contribution base report.
But, what is the contribution basis report? This is a document that contains the information regarding the gross monthly remuneration and the withholding percentages that are applied to the workers in the periods in which they have been registered in the Social Security schemes.
The document can be used by people and workers who want to calculate how much they will receive in a future retirement, sick leave for different reasons or other issues. For this reason, the Social Security makes available a service with which you can obtain or consult the report with the data of the contribution bases corresponding to the different periods in which you have been registered in the different schemes contemplated by the Social Security. .
The ways to obtain these documents are through the web, with an electronic certificate, username and password or Cl@ave. You can also have it via SMS, but now there is another more comfortable way to get it.
If Social Security has the worker's data correctly, it can be requested to be sent to the worker's address. To do this, you have to fill out a form with your name, surnames, date of birth, telephone number and, most importantly, your address.
The Social Security warns that to receive the document, the address that is entered must coincide with the address that is registered in the General Treasury of the SS.
In addition, by providing the worker's e-mail, information can be received on the status of the request made to the administration. If the worker is interested in a specific period, it can be indicated to receive that specific data.
