According to Future Workforce Strategy study, this type of skills increases productivity and talent retention by 12%, they also offer an investment return of 250%.Another study indicates that emotional intelligence skills constitute almost 90% of the attributes that distinguish high performance leaders.
Forming comprehensive work teams is essential for the success of companies.Recall that a machine can be used by different companies and give the same result, however, the differentiator will be in the work team of organizations, market domain will be in companies that better meet the demand of their customers and consumers,as well as those that are more productive and with a better work environment.
Power Skills can train.There are specific training programs that allow to refine and accelerate continuous learning processes with workshops, courses and digital platforms that help workers of different hierarchical levels to improve this type of skills with both theoretical programs, and with practical cases for their improvement.
These skills are based on the fact that we already have sufficient intellectual capacity and technical skill to carry out our work and, we will have to encourage them since they determine our flexibility to adapt to the new labor change.People progressively better this type of skills to the extent that they become more capable of managing their own emotions and impulses, motivating themselves and perfecting their empathy and their social skills.Each of them can be addressed with different methodologies through feedback, quality circles, case method, workshops, coaching.
