Without specifying the number of cases, Daniel Villaseñor Moreno just specified that the crime for which these recharges are being investigated is fraud.
“These users make apocryphal recharges, then our software detects it and cancels it.Then they go and ask what happened and not being able to defend where they reloaded their card, they say they don't know ”.
